I am consistent to prepare dinner and tomorrow's breakfast for my wife about 2 weeks, i do loving cook Chinese Food, I try fried rice, Chinese Cabbage with tofu, Broccoli with Shrimp, sour and hot potatoes, most of them are following ancient Chinese Recipes, i think the key to cook well Chinese food is use salt, sugar and MSG, without MSG is also cool, but little sugar is must, some people say the pan need to heat first then add oil, this way you can cook very delicious Chinese food, but i can not tell the difference.
this is a hard process to continued, but when you find you are really can cook in shorter time, you are mastering cooking, Another found is use dark Soy sauce to cook meat will make whole dish have a beautiful color and tasty. i tried bacon or pork slices, they are really smell good.
