Fried Lamb with Cumin production steps
- 1. Wash lamb and cut into stripes.
- 2. Marinade with soy sauce and starch.
- 3. Add whole cumin.
- 4. After mixing it well, marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5. Wash caraway and dry.
- 6. Heat the wok. Stir fry lamb evenly.
- 7. Continue to stir-fry until it changes color.
- 8. Wait until the lamb surface turns brown, add some salt and continue to stir-fry.
- 9. Add cumin powder, chili powder and pickly ash powder and continue to stir-fry.
