Three Month ago i get Yzenith Corp, and registered http://yzenith.com, But now I have no idea how to Get brand traffic on search Engine, I can get some traffic from Authentic Chinese Recipes Blog, and Chinese Food Recipes Blog, Chinese food recipes authentic Chinese cuisine and cooking, Chinese food recipes easy but the traffic are really little, Recently I heard about Get brand Traffic is the best way to grow business, But how and how long could be take?
Web traffic is the amount of data sent and received by visitors to a web site. Since the mid-1990s, web traffic has been the largest portion of Internet traffic. This is determined by the number of visitors and the number of pages they visit. Sites monitor the incoming and outgoing traffic to see which parts or pages of their site are popular and if there are any apparent trends, such as one specific page being viewed mostly by people in a particular country. There are many ways to monitor this traffic and the gathered data is used to help structure sites, highlight security problems or indicate a potential lack of bandwidth not all web traffic is welcome.
Some companies offer advertising schemes that, in return for increased web traffic (visitors), pay for screen space on the site. Sites also often aim to increase their web traffic through inclusion on search engines and through search engine optimization.
Web traffic is measured to see the popularity of web sites and individual pages or sections within a site. This can be done by viewing the traffic statistics found in the web server log file, an automatically generated list of all the pages served. A hit is generated when any file is served. The page itself is considered a file, but images are also files, thus a page with 5 images could generate 6 hits (the 5 images and the page itself). A page view is generated when a visitor requests any page within the web site – a visitor will always generate at least one page view (the main page) but could generate many more. Tracking applications external to the web site can record traffic by inserting a small piece of HTML code in every page of the web site.
Web traffic is also sometimes measured by packet sniffing and thus gaining random samples of traffic data from which to extrapolate information about web traffic as a whole across total Internet usage.
The following types of information are often collated when monitoring web traffic:
The number of visitors.
The average number of page views per visitor – a high number would indicate that the average visitors go deep inside the site, possibly because they like it or find it useful.
Average visit duration – the total length of a user's visit. As a rule the more time they spend the more they're interested in your company and are more prone to contact.
Average page duration – how long a page is viewed for. The more pages viewed, the better it is for your company.
Domain classes – all levels of the IP Addressing information required to deliver Webpages and content.
Busy times – the most popular viewing time of the site would show when would be the best time to do promotional campaigns and when would be the most ideal to perform maintenance
Most requested pages – the most popular pages
Most requested entry pages – the entry page is the first page viewed by a visitor and shows which are the pages most attracting visitors
Most requested exit pages – the most requested exit pages could help find bad pages, broken links or the exit pages may have a popular external link
Top paths – a path is the sequence of pages viewed by visitors from entry to exit, with the top paths identifying the way most customers go through the site
Referrers; The host can track the (apparent) source of the links and determine which sites are generating the most traffic for a particular page.
Web sites like Alexa Internet and companies like SimilarGroup produce traffic rankings and statistics based on those people who access the sites while using their toolbars and other means of online measurements. The difficulty with this is that it's not looking at the complete traffic picture for a site. Large sites usually hire the services of companies like Nielsen NetRatings or Quancast, but their reports are available only by subscription.

Care Google Ad Sense, it could stealing your money
One of my recently research result on an Authentic Chinese Food Recipes blog is Google Ad sense have good strategy on ads company's competitive. As far as i analysis, when you displace ads from two or more ads company's ads, Google Ad sense always let make more on CPM, But for the solo ads satiation, Google could steal your money, If you focus on the ads dashboard, you will notice that, the earning is changing some time is reduce, for example, from $0.03 to $0.01. maybe you think that's no difference, what about 100,000 websites reduce $0.02 in one hour, How much Google steal? The Ranking is harder than before, chinese food recipes authentic chinese cuisine and cooking, is the new keyword i found recently and need to be ranked to top. I will post some Google Ad sense tips follow below.
Google AdSense is a program run by Google that allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements, that are targeted to site content and audience. These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google, and they can generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis. Google service, but discontinued it in October 2008 in favor of a DoubleClick offering (also owned by Google). In Q1 2011, Google earned US $2.43 billion ($9.71 billion annualized), or 28% of total revenue, through Google AdSense.
Google launched its AdSense program, originally named content targeting advertising in March 2003. The AdSense name was originally used by Applied Semantics, a competitive offering to AdSense and then adopted by Google after Google acquired Applied Semantics in April 2003. Applied Semantics was started in 1998 by Gilad Elbaz and Adam Weissman. Some advertisers complained that AdSense yielded worse results than AdWords, since it served ads that related contextually to the content on a web page and that content was less likely to be related to a user's commercial desires than search results. For example, someone browsing a blog dedicated to flowers was less likely to be interested in ordering flowers than someone searching for terms related to flowers. As a result, in 2004 Google allowed its advertisers to opt out of the AdSense network.

Paul Buchheit, the founder of Gmail, had the idea to run ads within Google's e-mail service. But he and others say it was Susan Wojcicki, with the backing of Sergey Brin, who organized the team that adapted that idea into an enormously successful product. By early 2005 AdSense accounted for an estimated 15 percent of Google's total revenues.
In 2009, Google AdSense announced that it would now be offering new features, including the ability to "enable multiple networks to display ads".
In February 2010, Google AdSense started using search history in contextual matching to offer more relevant ads.
On January 21, 2014, Google AdSense launched Direct Campaigns, a tool where publishers may directly sell ads.

The first thing need to optimize is the keyword i selected, I wanna do really good authentic chinese recipes online , easy ancient chinese recipes to make , Recently just watch Brain Dean's Video about SEO, I want to ask some questions about ranking or back links method, and confirm that blog reviews are dead.

WordPress is a good place to do back links
I did some back links from WordPress .com, there are plenty of wordpress sites refreshed on wordpress.com everyday, There are more than 1,000 sites you can make post to make back links, some of they did not need approval, I try to submit rss to wordpress.com but can not, It seems like you have to be host by wordpress.com then your post can show on the home page. The good quality back links need you find most relative niche blog to make post. For example, I have a Chinese food recipes blog , it shows the most authentic Chinese food recipes for free, So i go to search food & cooking niche on wordpress.com, each time there are new posts, I will go to view them and try to make a post to support them, I love helping people, when you discuss with the webmaster and make nice post, they really thank you, and i can find more happy.
Is could be the same way to blogger, But so far, I only make it on wordpress, wordpress.org is another place you can leave back links, the do-follow back links, is on the support forums, ask you question, or answering the questions. After Google update 4.0, the spam way back links become non-effective, If you do need buy links, I suggest you buy the old domain relative niche and less outbound link but high PR page link. That's the best one.
Back links strategy is keep natural, make relative back links, this way could slow, but safety and stable, you did half year or years you can get benefit in your rest life.

My top 7 tips help you lose weight

My top 7
tips help you lose weight
You know the
drill when it comes to losing weight: take in fewer calories, burn more
calories. But you also know that most diets and quick weight-loss plans don't
work as promised. If you're trying to drop a few pounds fast, these expert tips
will make it easy for you to lose the weight quickly.
1. Write down what you eat for one week and you will lose weight.
Studies found that people who keep food diaries wind up eating about 15 percent less food than those who don't. Watch out for weekends: A University of North Carolina study found people tend to consume an extra 115 calories per weekend day, primarily from alcohol and fat. Then cut out or down calories from spreads, dressings, sauces, condiments, drinks, and snacks; they could make the difference between weight gain and loss.
2. Add 10 percent to the
amount of daily calories you think you're eating.
If you
think you're consuming 1,700 calories a day and don't understand why you're not
losing weight, add another 170 calories to your guesstimate. Chances are, the
new number is more accurate. Adjust your eating habits accordingly.
3. Get an online weight loss
buddy to lose more weight.
A
University of Vermont study found that online weight-loss buddies help you keep
the weight off. The researchers followed volunteers for 18 months. Those
assigned to an Internet-based weight maintenance program sustained their weight
loss better than those who met face-to-face in a support group.
4. Get a mantra.
You've
heard of a self-fulfilling prophecy? If you keep focusing on things you can't
do, like resisting junk food or getting out the door for a daily walk, chances
are you won't do them. Instead (whether you believe it or not) repeat positive
thoughts to yourself. "I can lose weight." "I will get out for
my walk today." "I know I can resist the pastry cart after
dinner." Repeat these phrases and before too long, they will become true
for you.
5. After breakfast, stick to
water.
At
breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day,
focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra
245 calories a day from soft drinks. That's nearly 90,000 calories a year—or 25
pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don't
trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does.
6. Eat three fewer bites of
your meal,
one less
treat a day, or one less glass of orange juice. Doing any of these can save you
about 100 calories a day and that alone is enough to prevent you from gaining
the two pounds most people mindlessly pack on each year.
7. Watch one less hour of TV.
A study
of 76 undergraduate students found the more they watched television, the more
often they ate and the more they ate overall. Sacrifice one program (there's
probably one you don't really want to watch anyway) and go for a walk instead.

How to cook frozen chicken breast by oven
I am writing this completely off the cuff, in answer to the above request, but I was just thinking about this yesterday as I spontaneously concocted a delicious chicken, veggie, and rice dish, so here goes...
I never thaw any meat!
That's right! Never! I just go ahead and cook it frozen!

Be sure you have a big enough pot to accommodate your frozen meat. I have a nice big Dutch Oven that can handle roasts, two big chicken breasts, and so on. A big crock pot will handle a whole chicken. Of course, with a whole chicken, you will have to watch for the time when you can take it out of the pot briefly and remove the innards, but that really is a small chore. I have done this before, but it is not something I usually do. So in this article, I will concentrate on small roasts, chicken breasts, steaks and chops.
Use a heavy cast iron skillet. Pour in just enough light oil (I use peanut oil for everything) to cover the bottom of the pan. Place your meat in the pan, season it as desired, and turn the heat on to medium. If your meat is frozen together, that's OK. Just leave it that way for now. Cover the pan and set your timer for 10 minutes.
When the 10 minutes is up, uncover the pan. Separate the meat if necessary, turn it and season it. Cover the pan again, and set your timer for 10 minutes.
When the 10 minutes is up, check to see if your meat is done to your liking. Thin steaks and chops will be thoroughly thawed and completely cooked. Thicker ones will need a bit more time. Turn and set your timer in 5 minute increments until your meat is done to your liking.
Pour just enough peanut oil in the bottom of your Dutch Oven to cover the bottom. Add chopped onions, peppers, and garlic to suit your usual taste. Set the Dutch Oven on medium heat, covered, while you get the meat ready to cook.
Once the meat is unwrapped and rinsed if necessary. (I rinse it because unwrapping frozen meat involves so much handling that I just feel it is better to rinse it.) Uncover your Dutch Oven. Stir your veggies and move them to the sides so that you will have a space to put your meat in contact with the hot surface of the bottom of the pan. Set the meat in the pan, Season it as you wish. Cover and set your timer for 10 minutes.
When the 10 minutes is up, turn your meat and season the other side. Stir the veggies around a bit to keep them from burning. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Uncover, turn the meat and stir the veggies again.
At this point, you will want to add liquids and more veggies. I usually add a 16 oz. can of stewed tomatoes, a bag of frozen vegetables (carrots, California mix, stew veggies) or fresh vegetables like carrots, potatoes, celery. I tend to use whatever I have on hand. This is really up to your taste. Just be sure you add veggies and moisture to just cover the meat. You can add chicken or beef bouillon to make enough liquid.
Add more seasonings to taste, cover and turn the heat to high. Bring the pot to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium or medium low, depending on how hard it's boiling. Simmer for 30 minutes. Check for denseness and tenderness. Your meat may be ready at this point. If not, turn it and continue cooking it in 15 minute increments until it is done to your taste.
